We do not use fixed sessions, so you can start your enrollment at any time to fit your schedule. Students move up to the next level as soon as they are ready.
All classes are either 1 hour or 30 minutes long.
We conduct all classes, including adult classes, in small groups with a maximum 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio. Advanced Level Classes have a maximum 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
We require 30 days’ written notice of cancellation. Because billing occurs on the 20th of each month, cancellation requests received after the 20th may result in one additional billing cycle.
We also offer private lessons upon request, depending on availability.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
We will charge automatically your card around the 20th of each month for the following month’s lessons.
When you initially enroll, we calculate your first monthly payment based on the number of classes you will receive. If you enroll on or after the 15th of the month, we automatically register you for the following month as well.
Cancellation Policy for Lessons
Please attend all of your scheduled lessons. Once you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. We will then cancel your lesson and offer a makeup class.
Makeup classes will be scheduled where space is available.
Private lessons will be scheduled in a group for makeup classes
If a lesson is cancelledwithin less than 24 hours, the lesson will be forfeited. We will not offer a refund or credit in this case.
If a lesson is a no show, the lesson will be forfeited. We will not offer a refund or credit in this case.
If a make-up class is missed or cancelled, it will be forfeited and no additional make-up class will be granted
Make up classes can be done in the following month, regular monthly billing for the following month will still occur
We do not offer refunds for any lessons. We offer a credit for missed classes valid for up to 1 month
Missed classes will become void after 1 month from the cancellation date unless management approves in special circumstances.

Registration Policy
The balance for the upcoming session is due upon registration. A Deposit is required for future sessions.
A registration deposit will be required to hold any spot for upcoming sessions
Payment is due in full upon registration to confirm all lesson dates
All registrations must be done by phone, e-mail, or online
If you withdraw from a session and then later re-register, we can not guarantee availability for your original time slot.
Change Rooms and Personal Belongings
Our pool requires children ages 7 and above to use their gender-specific change room. Adults must follow the same protocol.
Children 6 and under may use the opposite gender change room if their accompanying parent is of the opposite gender
Showers work on a first-come, first-served basis. They may not be reserved.
No belongings may be left unattended in the changing rooms.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles in our facilities or parking lots.
Photography
Parents/guardians may take photos of their child during lessons. Only your child is permitted to be in the photo.
Staff reserve the right to view photos if there is a concern.
You accept that you or your child may be pictured/photographed by an assigned member of the KJ Aquatics Team, and such material can be used by KJ Aquatics. If you do not want your child to be photographed, please notify the management. Notice will be given, and individual permission will be asked before any photography commences.
